Excellent service and parts representatives work here. Emails and messages are replied very quick. And I am sometimes shocked on the things they stock on hand to keep my fleet running with little to no down time.

Lyn at the truck shop was an incredible help and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the right set of tires for my tow truck. Not only was she friendly and professional, but she took the time to explain everything and helped guide me in the right direction. She made sure I chose tires that would provide both quality and long-lasting performance. I really appreciate her knowledge, honesty, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend working with Lyn!

I needed 2 air springs for a custom application. I gave Mike a part # that I could order from the mainland.... 5 minutes later he calls me to tell me he has 2 bags for a Volvo Rig that will work Mike's ability to comprehend my application without seeing it amazed me... as did HTPSS having them in stock, saving me $$$ in shipping charges. Akane handled the will-call well. HTPSS is first on my contact list fir any truck needs

I recently took my box truck to Hawaii Truck Parts for a transmission service and oil change. The initial drop-off went smoothly, but the communication and service from there on were incredibly frustrating. I was told it would take a weeks for the basic services to be completed. When I called to check on the status, the receptionist informed me they were out of the necessary filter. I explained that I also operate a mechanic shop and the importance of scheduling and parts availability. If they couldn't complete the work in a timely manner, I expected a call to reschedule, rather than having my vehicle sit idle for weeks with no clear timeframe for completion. This lack of communication and planning has significantly impacted our business. It's disappointing to receive such poor service, especially considering the importance of reliable truck maintenance for our daily operations. I would recommend that Hawaii Truck Parts improve their communication and parts management to avoid similar situations in the future.
